To start shopping, you need to create a profile by clicking Register. Once registered, your username will allow you to browse and search products within virtual stores. Buying is as simple as pointing and clicking on products. The seller will receive your order along with your contact/shipping information and will then determine whether the transaction is accepted or not.
There are two types of registrations: as a buyer and as a seller, even if you can do both at once. In order to set up a virtual store you would need to first register as a buyer.
When you register as a buyer, you will be asked to provide your contact/shipping information, which will be processed and stored by the system. (Please ensure you keep this information up-to-date since virtual stores will use it to ship your orders).
At the end of the registration process, you will be asked to accept the user contract. Subsequently, a message will be sent to your e-mail address. To validate your registration please click on the indicated link. If you do not receive the e-mail within a few minutes, please check your “Junk-email” folder in case your security settings have filtered our message. We recommend adding Muncom to the “safe sender list” to prevent missing any future notification.
Once you have registered as a buyer in www.muncom.com, you can proceed to creating a seller profile.
If you already downloaded and installed the MuncomSales application, a “User Info” window will pop automatically prompting you to proceed with the seller registration. In the event this did not happen, please click on the button labeled “User Info” within the application.
The application will request you to input your store information including the possibility to add a logo image with its corresponding description. In order to make it easier for buyers to find your store, the system will prompt you to add “Key Words” to your store’s profile. You will receive your own free domain, which we recommend publicizing in order to raise awareness about your store.
Adding products to your store is easy. Simply click on the button labeled “My shop” in the Muncomsales application and a new window will open containing a “New product” option.
By clicking on that button, a form will be displayed where you can input product’s information as well a adding a related image (please carefully read restrictions regarding file size and extension).
We recommend paying special attention to how products are categorized since this can contribute to your store/products being found when buyers search the portal.
The system sorts products alphabetically. If you prefer grouping items with different criteria, we suggest either numbering them or adding a common key word in front of each product’s name.

Muncom does not play a role in this aspect of the transaction. Payment arrangements should be discussed and agreed privately between buyer and seller.
